Q: Does my order come with tracking?
For any questions regarding your order, please send us an email at "orders@drivenlifestyle.co". Tracked shipping is available for some orders and will be based on shipping carrier used and package type. For example not all packaging types are eligible to receive a USPS tracking number.
- Package tracking isn't supported for the First Class Large Envelope (flat) package type. To learn more, compare the services that USPS offers for each packaging type.
Q: PayPal is having issues?
Due to PayPal being a third-party app, we cannot fix any issues or delays regarding this.
Q: What if my item gets damaged during shipping?
- Please send us an email at "support@drivenlifestyle.co" with the following and we will get a replacement sent out to you.
- Must Include: Subject line must include your order number, please make sure to include photo(s) of the package on how it arrived and photo(s) of damage to physical products.
Q: What are your shipping terms and conditions?
We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for the product once it has shipped.
Q: How do I get featured on your Instagram page?
Please email us your best photos and your Instagram handle for a chance to be featured on our social media platforms. Feel free to tag us and our products to be featured.
